Hitting Publish does not put your prompt in the catalogue straight away. It puts it in the review queue.
Every publish goes to review
This applies to every plan and to free and premium prompts alike. That universal pass is what lets the site say every prompt is human-reviewed and mean it.
Your listing moves to In review and only you can see it. Open the prompt and you get a banner saying so, with a live countdown to the review target. Treat that countdown as the goal reviewers aim for, not a promise.
Approved, or changes requested
Approved flips the listing to Active and it is live. You get a notification with a link straight to the public page.
Changes requested sends it back to Draft with the reviewer's reason attached. You will see a Changes requested chip in My Prompts, where rejected drafts sort to the top of the Draft tab, and a callout on the prompt itself carrying the reason and a Fix & resubmit button that reopens the editor.
Editing a live prompt never takes it offline
Once a prompt is published, changing its title, description or prompt body stages a pending update instead of replacing the live one. Readers keep seeing the approved version the whole time. Your listing picks up an Update in review chip and shows up under the In review tab while it waits.
On the prompt page a Live / Pending update toggle lets you read either version. Discard pending update drops the staged edit, and the published version carries on untouched. If a reviewer rejects an update, only the staged content is thrown away. The prompt stays live.
Resubmitting clears the Changes requested chip, so you never see both chips at once.

These skip review entirely and take effect in both directions the moment you save:
- Free and Premium access
- Public and Unlisted visibility
- Category, recommended model, and cover images
Archiving and republishing
Archiving pulls a prompt out of the marketplace and parks it in the Archived tab. Republish it from the row menu. Because it has been published before, it goes back through review before it relists.
