Found something that breaks the rules? Report it. Reports land in a human moderation queue, not an automated filter.
Where the Report button is
The control lives on the dashboard view of the item, never on its public page:
- Prompt — the right sidebar of the prompt's dashboard page, just under Like, Save and the share button.
- Skill — the right sidebar of the skill page, below its tags.
- Blog post — the top bar of the in-app Blogs reader, next to Share.
You will not see it on your own work. A self-report is refused by the API, so the button is hidden for the author.
Sending one
- Hit Report. A small panel opens in place.
- Pick a reason: Spam, Scam or fraud, Inappropriate content, Copyright violation, or Other. A reason is required.
- Add the optional note. Moderators read this first, so be specific: which section, what it copies, where the original lives.
- Hit Submit report.
You get one open report per item. Submitting again while yours is still open answers "You already reported this" instead of filing a duplicate. If the same problem returns after your report is closed, you can file a fresh one.
What happens next
Your report joins the admin triage queue, where Open is the default tab. A moderator reviews it and either resolves or dismisses it, with a note kept on the record. Disposing of the report and acting on the content are separate steps: a takedown happens on the moderation page, not in the queue.
Two things worth knowing. The author never sees your report, since only you and the moderators can read it. And no reply comes back to you, so treat a report as a signal sent rather than a ticket opened.
What reporting is not for
A prompt that simply did not work for you is not a rule breach. Rate it instead and move on. Ratings are the quality signal; the report queue is for spam, fraud, abuse and stolen work.
